I’ve been fishing since my uncle took me when I was 8 , after I had been he bought me my first fishing rod, I used to fish lancaster canal and small pit where caught eels tench and perch, started carp Fishing when a local club introduced them into a lake I fished in the 80s, that was it, never away since that day, I was there most evenings chasing carp round the lake with a box full of cat biscuits waiting for them to break the surface and take one,, still fish that same water plus quite a few others now, also joined a syndicate water that I’m looking forward to this year.
I’m a great believer in sticking to what you know and works, my rigs haven’t changed much over the years knowing where to place them is the main factor.
I’ve been using Richworth boilies since the early 90s think they make a great bait and have upmost confidence when using it, can sit there knowing the carp love it and it’s just a matter of time.
